Le COLLECTIVE

Le Collective is a monthly membership offered at $35 CAD per month (plus taxes).

It activates immediately upon registration and renews automatically every 30 days via your selected payment method, unless canceled. You’re free to cancel at any time.

No long-term obligation, just ongoing access to elevated care and consistency.

As member of the collective, you unlock: • Exclusive member-only rates • Seasonal care perks and thoughtful surprises • First access to new treatments and product drops

All benefits are exclusive to active members and cannot be transferred or shared.

All guest bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and therapist.

We do not guarantee the availability of specific therapists or treatment types at all times.

In rare cases, appointments may be rescheduled or reassigned in order to maintain service quality. Member rates apply exclusively to reservations made under your name, on an exclusive page access, under your profile.

You may cancel your membership anytime from your client dashboard.

Once cancelled, your access to preferred rates and member benefits remains valid until the end of your current billing cycle.

Please note: no refunds are issued for partial periods or unused benefits.

- No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including any unused treatments.

- Reservation Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee, automatically charged to your payment method on file.

- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, natural disasters, or local restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services without liability. Memberships will not be refunded but may be extended or credited at our discretion.

- Payment failure: If a payment is declined, your membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved. If payment is not received within 5 days of the renewal date, your membership will be canceled automatically.

- Safety & Conduct: All members and guests are expected to behave respectfully with our therapists. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of your membership, with no refund, and a permanent ban from future bookings.

- Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms to better serve our community. Members will be notified via email of any changes.
